@amandaadamsfit: Hey, quads!💪 And THIS is why we SLEEP. Yep. One thing we preach to the #aabikinibody girls is that sleep is one of the MOST IMPORTANT keys to reaching any goal. Fitness goal, career goal, personal goal, etc. This was by far one of the hardest things for me to change. I’d be on 4 hours of sleep, finally off work, so tired but would be “determined” to get my workout in. I did this all the time until I mentally crashed, other parts of my life started crashing, and my fitness goals came to a stop. Why wasn’t I getting stronger? Why wasn’t I losing weight? Why wasn’t I getting leaner? Why did I have no energy at work? Why was I always in a bad mood? Why did I have no motivation? I was eating healthy, I was working out…what gives? “How bad do you want it?” would be things that went through my head. Not, SLEEEEP. I finally started focusing on sleeeeeping more than getting ALL of my workouts in and well. I’m doing pretty good ;) Not one good nights worth of sleep. Weekly. I know there’s just “those days” you can’t get the proper amount of sleep (shoot, I’m not even a parent yet. Bowing down to you all right now). But you do need to focus on it just as much as eating healthier. Lots of it. If training 5-6 days a week doesn’t fit with your current lifestyle and gets in the way of SLEEP. Then you don’t need to be training that much.🙊 On that note….go get some sleep peeps! Your muscles, hair, skin, energy level, friends, family, co-workers, motivation level, etc will thank you ;) ———————————————————
